How many hours should I book for my tattoo?

Our travel-size tattoos could be typically completed within a 1-2 hour session. However, each artist has their own preference of tools and techniques. Some could handle a 7x7 cm tattoo in 1 hour, while others prefer to focus on a 3x3cm in 2 hours. If you are still unsure about your tattoo design and size, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us before you make any booking. Our professional customer service would be glad to answer any queries you have.

I still haven’t made up my mind about what tattoo I want to get. Can I come and hang out?

Please do! Tattoo Flight Club is all about friendly vibes. Come by our locations and talk to our artists about your ideas. Even if you can’t decide yet, check out our location-exclusive collectibles. If you can’t bring home a new tattoo, there are still plenty of other merchandise (like our travel size candles) that would make a great gift!

How is Tattoo Flight Club different from conventional tattoo parlours? 

Tattoo Flight Club specialises in tattoos on the go. As a professional tattoo artist working in the industry for over a decade, our founder has seen it all. Getting a tattoo while travelling is cool, but only when they are done well. We’ve heard way too many stories that end in the same way: travellers returning home complaining about badly-executed tattoos, wanting to cover them up. Worse still, some tattoos cannot be fixed, or they'd require extremely expensive and painful laser removal. 

We think it’s time to end this bad practice. So this is why we exist. To help travellers make better decisions when getting a tattoo.

What are the common problems faced by travellers who plan on getting a tattoo?

1)  Travellers often don’t know which tattoo artists or tattoo parlours are trustworthy overseas. Sometimes an expensive price tag doesn’t necessarily guarantee good service. Most travellers end up going to touristy areas and often get scammed. 
 
2)  As exotic East Asia may sound, the hygiene standard is often questionable. Our founder once knew someone who got a blood infection and took months to recover after visiting a random tattoo place while travelling. At Tattoo Flight Club, we’ve done all the screening for you.
 
3)  Reputable tattoo artists are always booked out. Or they are too busy to entertain tattoos of a smaller scale. Tattoo Flight Club comes to the rescue. We understand this and focus on improving this pain point in the industry by offering walk-in sessions every day.

We’re professional. All tattoo artists at Tattoo Flight Club are carefully chosen by our founder for their level of skills and personalities. All TFC artists have gone through bloodborne pathogen training to ensure a professional, safe and pleasant tattoo experience for any traveller. 
 
We’re transparent. Our pricing is transparent as we charge by the hour. Please consult the specific size guidelines listed on each artist’s page for reference before booking. Plus, with our easy online booking system, you can preview the artist’s availability at a glance, helping you to plan your travels in advance.  
 
We always put tattoos first. Tattoo Flight Club is the brainchild of our founder, which embodies her genuine love for tattoo culture and education. Business comes second. At each TFC location, we make sure to station at least 1 local artist to represent the local culture, and 1 international guest artist to maximise cultural and knowledge exchange. As a traveller, you’d get the most out of your visit to TFC because you’ll surely meet other like-minded tattoo and travel enthusiasts and talents from around the world. 
 
TFC’s vision is to create global friendships by sharing mutual passion, and exchanging knowledge and experience. We believe in education without borders. Our year-round open call for talents help create opportunities for the next generation of tattoo artists to gain exposure and enrich their portfolios.  

PAYMENT

What kind of payment do you accept?

We only accept credit card payment at the moment. 

Can I refund or re-schedule a service I purchased?

For cancellation 72 hours prior to your appointment, you can log into your account with the email you registered the booking with, click on the cancel button below your booking to get a full refund.

For cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment, please email hello@tattooflightclub.com for 50% refund.

No refund for cancellation within 24 hours.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account record.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment 72 hours prior to your original appointment without any extra charge. Simply log into your account with the email you registered the booking with, click on the change button below your booking to proceed with the rescheduling.

Can I refund a product?

Sorry we cannot refund a product at the moment. If there is any defect in the product you received, please contact hello@tattooflightclub.com for a replacement. 

MEMBERSHIP

How can I see the bookings and orders I have made?

There are two ways.
1) You can sign up as a member of TFC before you make a booking or order, then purchase our services or products. You will see your purchases under My Bookings and My Orders. You will also get an email notification after each purchase, change, or refund.

2) You can purchase our services and products without being a member. You will get an email notification after each purchase, change or refund. If you wish to check your purchase record, you can sign up as our member with the email you registered with. Once you signed up, you will be able to see your purchase record under My Bookings and My Orders. If you registered with a gmail account, please sign up with Google.
